These Terms of Service govern your access to our website and your purchase of curtains, blinds, motorised window treatments, curtain tracks, motors, accessories and related services.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable policies published on our website.
2. Products and Services
Kinetic Drapes offers ready-made and made-to-measure curtains, blinds, motorised curtains, motorised blinds, curtain tracks, automation products, accessories and related services.
Product specifications, available configurations, measurements, fabric options, prices and other relevant information are provided on the applicable product pages.
Product availability and service coverage may vary depending on the product and delivery location.
3. Custom-Made Products
Certain products are manufactured or configured according to customer-selected measurements, fabrics, colours, prints, linings, mechanisms and other specifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections and confirming that the submitted details are correct before placing an order.
Once an order enters production, changes may not be possible or may require additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.
Customisation may affect cancellation and change-of-mind return eligibility under our Return & Refund Policy. However, customisation does not eliminate remedies available under applicable law for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed products.
4. Product Images and Representations
We make reasonable efforts to display products and describe their features accurately.
Actual fabric colours and textures may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, photography and natural material variations. Product images, room scenes and mockups may be illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers should review the product specifications and available fabric information before purchasing.
Material differences that affect the product's agreed specifications, description or quality will not be excused merely because the product is custom-made.
5. Pricing, Taxes and Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, installation fees and other mandatory charges will be disclosed before order confirmation.
Payments must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout. An order will be processed according to the payment and order-confirmation status communicated by us.
If a genuine pricing or listing error is discovered, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution before proceeding with the affected order. Amounts paid for orders we cannot fulfil will be refunded as applicable.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to verify orders for payment confirmation, product availability, manufacturing feasibility, delivery serviceability and suspected fraudulent activity.
If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify the customer and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled order, as applicable.
Customers must provide accurate billing details, delivery addresses, contact information and product specifications.
7. Measurements and Installation
Where customers provide their own measurements, they are responsible for ensuring their accuracy and suitability for the selected product.
Where a measurement service is provided by Kinetic Drapes, the agreed service scope and measurement responsibilities will be communicated with the booking.
Installation is a separate service unless expressly included in the order.
Products must be installed and used according to applicable instructions. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, unsuitable electrical connections or improper installation may not be covered by the applicable warranty, subject to statutory consumer rights.
8. Warranty and After-Sales Service
Products may carry a manufacturer warranty or a warranty expressly stated on the product page, invoice or warranty documentation.
Applicable warranty periods, coverage, exclusions and claim procedures will be communicated with the relevant product.
Warranty coverage does not automatically include installation, removal, transportation or consequential expenses unless expressly provided.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Order cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should inspect deliveries promptly and report visible damage, missing items, incorrect products or manufacturing defects as soon as reasonably possible.
Any reporting period stated in our policies does not remove a remedy that must remain available under applicable law.
10. Website Use and Intellectual Property
Customers must not use the website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website operation or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
Website text, photographs, designs, graphics, logos, branding and other original content are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued to customers.
